for returns, refunds, and cancellations.
Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, provided the item has
not yet been dispatched.
To cancel, contact our support team immediately with your order number.
Once a printer has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled but may be returned following
our return process.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your printer must meet the following criteria:
The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
The printer must be in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and
software discs.
The item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused and undamaged.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain items cannot be returned:
Opened ink cartridges or toner bottles (unless defective).
Downloadable software products.
Printers that show signs of physical damage or unauthorized tampering.
The Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification regarding
the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds: The refund will be processed to your original method
of payment within 7–10 business days.
Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (e.g.,
items returned with missing parts or damaged original packaging).
Shipping Costs
Defective or Wrong Items: If you receive a damaged printer or the wrong
model, Tech Care USA will cover all return shipping costs.
Change of Mind: For standard returns not involving a defect, the
customer is responsible for paying the return shipping charges. Shipping costs from the
original order are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your printer arrives damaged or experiences a technical failure out of the box, please reach
out to us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no
extra cost to you.
