anything else is completely free of mistakes.

Tech Care USA ships printers to customers within our designated service areas.
Delivery dates provided are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the
carrier.
Any shipping damage must be reported to our support team within 48 hours of receipt.
Returns and Refunds
We want you to be happy with the thing you bought. If your printer is not working right or it
does not meet what you were looking for:
Returns need to be started within 7 days of getting your printer.
The printer needs to be, in the box it came in with everything that was included like the
manuals and software.
If you open the ink or toner cartridges we usually can not give you your money back
unless they are broken.
Warranty and Liability
When you buy a printer from Tech Care USA it usually comes with a warranty from the company that
made the printer.
The Manufacturer Warranty is handled by the printer manufacturer, such as HP or Canon or
Epson so Tech Care USA just helps with the warranty claims.
If something goes wrong with your printer Tech Care USA does not want to be responsible
for things, like losing information or not being able to do business because the printer
is not working; these are just things that can happen when you use our printers.
User Conduct
Users are prohibited from using the site for the following purposes:
Transmit any worms, viruses, or code of a destructive nature.
Violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
Attempt to bypass any security features of the website.
